Kunn Collective curates together a selection of pieces made by resilient minds around the world. We are a marketplace, so although you place your order with us, your purchase will be sent to you directly from our Designers globally.
if you placed an order from multiple designers, delivery time for each product will vary depending upon any customization, location of designer, and turn-around time on pre-order products. you should find all info in product page and in cart for checkout.

There might be few uncontrollable delays exceptions with shipping During Covid-19. especially considering that our Designers are located in different countries.But we will make sure you are always informed with the status of your order and do everything on our part to get your order delivered asap.

Please specify the product and designer's name in your email and we will make sure all your questions are communicated to the designer and get back to you with all the answers you need.

Whether you order from one or multiple Designers, shipping is calculated at check-out and varies by Designer. Please note, import charges may apply if importing from a Designer outside of your home country. On the product page, you will be able to identify where the Designer is shipping from and work out if this applies to you. 

Kunn Collective accepts all major credit cards including Google and Apple Pay. 

Since we source products globally from multiple Designers, you will receive multiple packages per order if you have chosen products from more than one designer. 

We do not accept returns on panties, but bras can be return within 14 days. 

Delivery time varies per product for each order. some products are coming from overseas and you would have to expect longer delivery times, especially with Covid-19 restrictions delivery might take longer than expected. You will be able to know your products delivery time from our product page and you can always send us an email on Contact@KunnCollective.com

If import duties are applicable, these will be incurred by you. On the product page, you will be able to identify where the Designer is shipping from and work out if this is likely to apply to you. 

Our designers ship Globally, although certain items may not be available to select destinations due to shipping or contractual constraints 

If an item hasn’t arrived, please refer to "Your item has shipped" email for all info you may need to track your order. feel free to contact us if you need anything at Contact@KunnCollective.com 

If a product is faulty, then our Designers will do their utmost to fix the situation and will offer a replacement or full refund.You would need to show a picture proof of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving it. Send us the picture you took by email to Contact@KunnCollective.com and we will communicate to the Designer to help resolve the situation for you.All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to update you with the status of your order, When its placed and you will receive another email when your product has been shipped as well. this email will have your tracking number. 

Unwashedunwornundamaged products with tags attached and returned with any additional gifts included, returned within 14 days from the delivery date are only accepted as for returns (excluding “Sale”, “Made to Order” items, or any product with “No return” stated on its product description.)

1. Send us an email at Support@KunnCollective.com and include your Order Number (This can be found on your “Order Confirmation Email”) to request a return authorization. (NOTE: Please mention if you want to request a Return or an Exchange.)

2. We will get back to you with a return authorization, which includes shipping information required for your Return shipment (e.g. Address, Postal Code).

3. Please go to the local post office, or another courier of your choice, to ship the package.

4. Once you ship the package, please send us the Tracking Number at Support@KunnCollective.com along with your Order Number. (Tracking Number can be found on your post office receipt.)

5. Once our designers receive the package at their studio, they will inspect to see if the item(s) meet the stated above physical conditions. If they do, we will process a refund (original shipping cost excluded) as soon as possible. The refund may take a few days to be processed by the third-party payment processor company we work with. Please be patient. You will receive an “Order Refunded” email once the refund is processed. [Customers requesting an exchange will receive an email with new tracking information instead, once their package ships.]
